Can you believe it! I took a usb dongle to Nashua Mobile on the weekend, the device led was not turning on... After being given the run around by a sales person, that pointed a finger at the laptop and everything else under the sun except the dongle... I was then told that the device would be sent away for a month...
Do you think that they would stop charging me for a month... I don't think so!!!
A turn around of a month, in order to tell me that the device is broken and needs to be replaced is unacceptable... COME ON NASHUA! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
