Like so many other companies they tend to fall in the category that they think they know everything.
Luckily an engineer by the name of Riaz listened to what I had to say, took my suggestion into consideration and the problem was resolved.
Thank you Riaz, I hope this message get to you. Also I would like Afrihost to relay the below mentioning tips to every staff member they have.
Tips:
1 - Read your emails carefully, understand the customer's frustration and ask a colleague if he/she has had a similar problem with another client.
2 - Try what the customer has suggested, might be stupid and irrational to you, but it could also well be the solution.
3 - Customers don't like copy and paste responses, use the rapport method, it build relations between you and your customer.
Thanks again Afrihost for attending to my problem, might have taken more than 2 weeks and extra money from my side, but at least I can enjoy my favorite games online.
