I spoke to Trever Maseko on the 8th of January regarding the BIS service that i am billed for even after upgrading from a Black Berry to a Samsung phone. MTN is charging me for the BIS and am toldthat i was to have phoned and requested for the service to be cancelled only when am quirying the charges. But i thought Logic would tell MTN or whoever did my upgrade that i a take a Samsumng phone then it means i would not be in need of the BIS service atll. I was amazed to see that ive been charged and extra R59 per month on top of my monthly instalment for the Samsung phone. Problem now is i have looged a call since the 8th of Jan, today is the the 23rd and still no feedback from the billing department. No one is updating me of any progress on my complaint, i constantly have to follow up. This is poor service as i cant even speak to anyone in the billing department.
I wish someone to could just refund me my money and my husbands money as i logged two refund requests FOR BOTH NUMBERS 071 859 8633 AND 071 854 7417.
I will be waiting for MTN to call me as soon as possible as i need my - R710 refund BACK.
