Where has all my data gone everytime I load data

I loaded data 1Gig and they say I've used it up by yesterday. This happens everytime and their is a huge threatning before they reimburae. Its happened
again they short changed me 345mb's and I'm fed up.
They don't even consider the inconvenience every time net alone the frustration. Also over usage of data that you don't even get into the site but they deduct data. All updates are turned off and nothing is running in the back ground.

Frustrated!!! And they tell you you must have used it when I monitor it on every login.

I have also written this same report yesterday and it is not on my reports.
