I was so ripped off and misled by vodacom. I mean I have to pay them to see who calls me. Wow that's just amazing!
I was billed way too much for using data bundles. I used data bundle to a point where I receive a message telling me the I'm about to run out. At that point I decided to load R149 1gig and 1gig night owl. this was supposed to be charged to my next invoice. Now I receive that invoice to realise I have been charged R2000 rands for data usage. How is that possible when I purchased bundles before running out? Top it all the sms's for data usage just disappeared.
I need to understand how I was billed so much money. Do you think I want to pay R2000 for a contract?
I have been a good customer but this is really unbelievable.
