I went to Pay Amanda Tsele's nashua mobile contract today at netbank since her phone was softlocked by nashua mobile. to my suprise when i and amanda phoned them after holding the line for 30 minutes on my cellphone (R69 airtime) a lady told us she cant help us because amanda does not know her ID: number by head and the lady said she is not sure and she couldnt trust that it was really amanda speaking. the reference on the bank deposit slip clearly shows amanda tsele 0724273433. now we sitting not knowing what to do, the question we have now is: "is this how nashua mobile makes money out of poor south africans? we pay for service and we get rubbish treatment after. who is going to pay my airtime now? or it means to activate a R100 airtime on a stupid cellphone 1 needs to have R200 airtime to phone nashua mobile? Wow my foot and to with nashua mobile service=money yes we know but if you pay your money and gets bad service then its bad!!! south africa wakeup against companies like Nashua mobile!!! this is a mocery!!!
