POOR SERVICE - DONT USE TELKOM ADSL

This is a warning to all future clients wanting an ADSL line from Telkom. They have the cheek to advertise their services when you get NO service from them. I installed an ADSL line at home, it worked fine with no problems, Last week on Tuesday it suddenly went off, so we called their support department - what a joke. First we had to hold on for 45 minutes before I could speak to a consultant, she had absolutely no clue what she was doing and after being on the phone with her for at least an hour, she then told me that my time was up and that I should call again, I told her that, that was not possible and eventually she transferred the call and the consultant managed to assist. I now can only connect to the Wifi in my bedroom and the moment I walk out of the room it loses signal. I spoke to a consultants yesterday by the name of Mary who told me that someone would call me at home at 4.30pm - guess what - still WAITING
