MTN HVRC shoddy repair & overall poor cust. servic

I booked in my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 for repairs due to a LCD malfunction, the handset was returned within the correct TAT back to MTN store repaired. However, the LCD was replaced and not fitted properly with the rubber seal sticking out and the brushed metal bezeled frame visibly damaged - exposing some shoddy workmanship when replacing the LCD.

Naturally I was extremely I-rate about this. Firstly the device is only under two months old and secondly the fact that the HVRC technician (s) did not follow the correct quality assurance check when dispatching the device. Thirdly in such a case, surely they can't send it back along the same repair process. but need to be returned directly to the technician involved. I had to make a huge scene and threaten some people before anything happened.
Must give thanks the store manager Lolantha Visagie who personally took the issue up with HVRC to expedite the matter.
