Reinhardt Collins from 24 Hour moblity insurance is truly a man that goes beyond the call of duty. I had placed a complaint last month incorreclty blamming 24 hour mobility for the delay in getting my phone repaired. Let me publically set the record straight and say that the fault was MTN HVRC (High Volume Repair Centre). Mr Collins made countless calls to this HVRC guys to get my phone repaired and he kept me informed about the status everyday. He sent through the neccesary documentation of proof of payments and basically handled all the admin work involved to get my phone repaired. He called the MTN store also everyday to find out if my phone had been delivered from HRVC. This guy deserves full recognition for all his efforts during December month especially when people generally slack down in December but he just kept business as usual and extended with this intensity January 2013 as well. I collected my phone today 10/01/2013 at MTN Vangate store after HVRC delivered it only today and im just so happy to have my phone back. This was after almost 2 months of laying at HVRC. Thank you Reinhardt! U are an inspiration and I applaud you!!! We need more servicemen like you!!! Thanks!
