For the last 6 months I have been having problems with my phone I have gone to the repair centre 12 times, and have had 6 new blackberry 9810 and all have had the exact same issue, the phone scrolls by itself the screen freezes when u you use the touch screen and this all happens with all the devices the repair centre has given me and they were all new devices, after sending me back and forth between the store and the HVRC centre for the last month repair centre saying it is the store responsibility to replace the device and the store saying it is HVRC responsibility, I escalated the matter to Shane and after 2 weeks the matter was eventually escalated to Roxanne and 3 weeks later finally a decision was reached that HVRC will downgrade my device from a 9810 to a 9800 which i think is total madness why would I upgrade from a 9800 to a 9810 pay more for it to just be downgraded to the device I had before, I chose the 9810 because of its features the excuse is that it's the same as the 9800 which is total rubbish i have escalated the matter with The CPA and I want to cancel the contract and be refunded because why am I paying for a device that is not working
