Insulted by Vodacom call centre marketing staff

I got a call from Vodacom (Mark, on 27873109544) who wanted to talk about my package. The background noise was bad and I asked him to repeat myself. He then made snide remarks on my accent and the way I speak. I do have a British/Scandinavian accent having lived for years abroad, I guess he made assumptions on how I should sound since I have a Tamil surname. I stopped the conversation, remarked that I was going to complain and hung up.
I went to the [URL Removed] site, and there is no complaints tab. So I did a call back. Lynda who called did not know what to do apart from sent an email to [Email Removed]
I will not tolerate prejudice against myself or from any company I use. Time to break a contract and move to a better company.
