Noisy call centre and bad service

I dont know what is going on with the vodacom call centre but when i have called the last couple of times especially at night, the noise is almost unbearable. the other staff in the call centre sound like they are screaming and being very loud in the background. it sounds very unprofessional and I am not sure if its because the headsets are not filtering the background noise or if staff are being unprofessional and loud. It is extremely irritating and as a customer you feel disrespected. I have read other comments on here about the noise from june this year and reference was made to it sounding like a "shebeen". I think that is racially charged and comment, but it does sound like people are having a party at the expense of their customers. Beyond that, it took 23 days for my problem to be attended to and in the end I needed to keep following up. A team leader eventually offered me 50 sms and 100 mb as a gesture for my problem. I got the sms and am still waiting for data. I have logged a call and more than 24 hours later, still no feedback.
