I AM A CLIENT FROM NEWCASLE, I AM BEING MESSED AROUND BY THE TELKOM IN HATFIELD, I APPLIED FOR A LANDLINE TO BE FITTED AT MY APARTMENT IN HATFILED AND HAD TO TRAVEL THERE ALMOST 450KM AND WAIT RELENTLESSLY FOR TELKOM TO COME IN.EVERYDAY ITS A NEW EXCUSE.HAVING TAKEN LEAVE FROM WORK BECAUSE OF THIS PARTICULAR PROBLEM I AM NOW PLACED IN A VERY DIFFICULT SITUATION.TODAY THEY SEND ME AN SMS TO SAY THAT THEY WILL ONLY FIT TOMORROW, I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BACK HOME TODAY.WILL TELKOM NOW REIMBURSE ME AT WORK.TELKOM STAFF HAVE NO COMPASSION TO THEM WE ARE JUST TELEPHONE NUMBERS BUT AT THE END EVERY CLIENT IS IMPORTANT AND IF A HUGE COMPANY LIKE TELKOM CANNOT TRAIN THEIR STAFF TO HAVE COMPASSION ITS A TOTAL LOSS OF MORALSI HAVE PLEADED WITH THEM TO NO AVAIL.HOPEFULLY MANAGEMENT LOOKS INTO THIS MATTER AS THEY MAY HAVE SOME INTEGRITY TO THE PLIGHT OF A DESPERATE CUSTOMER..
