Can anyone tell me how can Telkom advertise and then mislead people. I applied for above and now after the very first month I am getting billed for certain landline numbers. After lodging a complaint I was told that it is a Neotel, Vox, ECN, Multisou numbers. No where under the terms and conditions I can see that they are mentioning a numbers range that are excluded from this contract. Even if you phone the "free" 1023 looking for a spesific company you are told that the number you looking for are a non telkom nr and that you will have to pay for the number. How does Jo Soap nows when phoning a 011 or 021 or 041 number that it is a non telkom nr. Can any one from Telkom please help!!! I think this is a good story for Carte Blance and the Consumer Board.
