MTN - Avoids full disclosure

I require:
My average monthly usage over the last 6 months for:
1. Data Usage
2. Calls Made
3. SMS
in order to make an informed decision with regards to my future upgrade
MTN call centre agents are not able to supply me with this information, nor is it available on the system reports that I tried accessing via the web
It makes one think that your usage is less than currently contracted and you are being lead into a higher contract for more money with no valid reason
I also require to know what I am changed per minute for calls to an MTN subscriber vs a VODACOM supplier and this may also affect my future upgrade plans
I would appreciate a response on my above query which I believe a consumer is well entitled to have
