Today it is a week that I have NO landline!!! after 3 calls from my cell phone (Telkom will u pay my account???) it took 2 calls to get someone here yesterday. he couldn't fix it (mam I promise I will be back tomorrow morning) it is now 12h19 nothing. my third call this morning, AND SINCE YESTERDAY I HAVE NO INTENET!!! I spoke to the supervisor - Alfred - he will with in the hour - it is now 20 minutes past the hour - NO CALLS!!! TELKOM WHAT DO U WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO DO ABOUT YOUR UP TO SERVICE. I AM GOING ON LEAVE TOMORROW, I AM TRYING TO FINISH MY WORK!!! BUT I CANNOT!!! O WHY WILL TELKOM WORRY, THEY HAVE INTERNET AND LINES!!! I AM SO OF YOU TELKOM. IT IS THE 3RD TIME IN A MONTH THAT I AM HAVING PROBLEMS!!! NEXT YEAR I WILL GO TO NEOTEL!!! DEFINATELY A BETTER SERVICE FROM THEM!!! SO WHAT DO I DO TELKOM??? DO U CARE??? NO!!!
