I don't use Telkom services because I believe you're useless... but today I had to phone for business and the most awesome, friendliest, knowledge person that I believe works for Telkom helped me out. Elaine Moodley, you should be in management! Your willingness to help, your complete competence and in depth knowledge of how other departments operate insured a smooth transaction. You sold me a telkom line, not the company. Well done Elaine!!! Telkom - Give this woman a managerial role in your company, she knows more than anyone on your board!
I'd like to see this woman get some recognition from Telkom. You should really get all your staff to this standard.
