I Logged a case (107480588) with MTN on the 23rd of December 2013 after I saw that I have been billed for BIS for the last 7 months and BIS isn't part of my contract as I upgraded to a Samsung. After the case was opened they still debited the wrong amount a few days later. It's been a month now and the problem isn't solved every time I phone the call center they tell me the case hasn't been attended to. So what is going on in the billing department?
