Refund delaying

On he 2nd of January I went to the store to get a refund for the wifi router and i was turned away and then i had to go back again after phoning the head office and Eddy assisted me and told me that i will get my refund within 7 working days in which i waited and was patient. after the 7 days elapsed i had nothing from him and then i went back to the store on the 14th and he told me he is working on it, on Friday the money will be deposited into my account but all in vain. then today i phoned and spoke to the store manager and she told me she will get back to me in which she did not.

Can i please get my R650 deposited back into my account as in today
