I had upgraded 2 contracts last year December when I queried if all the contracts were up to date and paid I was told everything is fine so we got the go ahead to get upgrades. 3 weeks into the new contracts both get suspended. I went back to the store to query about this they said there is nothing they can do I need to call 808 from the SIM and speak to someone at billing. I wouldn't mind doing that if someone would ever answer on the other end. I sit hours waiting in a queue and get through to no one. HOW CAN YOU HAVE A SYSTEM WHERE YOU CANT QUERY AN ACCOUNT AT AN MTN BRANCH. Instead you must call a number and wait to speak to someone, It's now 1 month later and I'm still suspended, I cant wait for hours on the phone I also work and billing is only available DURING OFFICE hours, so after work I would like to be able to go to the branch and talk to someone. all the guy told me at the branch was that is an amount outstanding and I quote "I don't understand why this amount is outstanding everything was fine when we upgraded your contracts, you will have to call 808 and query it". I think it's time to change service providers to a provider that actually offers a service.
