INCOMPETENCE AND BAD SERVICE

On the 17th January i was having trouble accessing the internet from my Samsung Galaxy S4. i called the consultant that did my upgrade before one o'clock. up until past 5 that same day she had not returned my call till i called her. she promised if i came through on the 19th January she would give me a new phone but instead she did a sim swop. i called her on monday morning to advise that the sim swop did not work. she never returned my call till i escalated it to the supervisor at the call centre.
i am now on day 6 with my complaint and have not reached a resolution. Altech Autopage never returns calls or keep m, e updated on the status. i have made over 20 calls.

Where is the customer service. I have never dealt with such incompetent people and bad service.
