My Mother upgraded her contract in early January and received the Samsung S4 phone. She also purchased a 500mg top up bundle for the data. The sales person told her that she would not be able to go over her data and instead if she used up her 500mg she have to come to the store and purchase more.
This morning she received an sms stating that she owed R1, 500 for additional data used! When she queried this with the store she was told she was lying but she is on a top up contract and should not be allowed to go over that specified amount!
I find this totally unacceptable; my mother is a senior citizen who cannot afford to pay R1, 500 due to incompetence and mis communication from the North Gate Autopage
