No service from Telkom

We applied for a land and fax line for our company last year July. I applied online and received a mail from Carmen with some info. She Processed our order and we had to pay R700 per line. The payment was made on 8/8/2013. On 19/8/2013 I asked about the progress and she replied that our order was at Back office. On 9/9/2013 when we received no service or any communication from Telkom I once again inquired and she replied: I have a system limitation problem I have escalated it. I do apologize for the delay. Still heard nothing and send a mail on 10/10/2013 and she replied: Sorry for the delay the order is stuck at networks where they are investigating for ports I have escalated it to my manager Nicolene for assistance. Again they disappeared and I've send a request to cancel the order on 28/10/2013. Still haven't heard anything from them and we want our money back. It seems like they hope we disappear if they just keep on ignoring us. Please help to solve this matter.
