Non disclosure on a n upgrade

I went to vodashop in carnival mall to upgradewhen i got there we assisted by a male consultant whom we asked tht we also want to change the cellphone package from 400 to top up 500 he then told us there is a package tht has a lumia610it is a new and smart phone tht uses a chip sim card my spouse asked as i am using a black berry torch will the phone suite our needs the guy said yes never explaining tht the phone does not excharge music, videos or photos vis bluetooth, it cannot dial*111#, i usues most of the airtime most of the time you must load data bundles to use emails or what's appnd you cannot doany cellphone banking with it all these are basics tht he should have explained and seeing tht we are using blackberry torch but he didnt we went there numerous times they had to tell us this as we wanted them to load what's app for us nd the guy ended up teling tht nokia is sending people around to come nd teach them about these phones nd when i called the customercare vodacom to findout why the phone does not dial*111#i was informed to switch the phone off nd on again nd still the problem did not go away until i was told to go to lakeside mall to where i was told we have a phone
