On Friday 11/10 I went to the Vodacom shop in Carnival Mall and dealth with a lady there (i unfortunately do not have her name). I wanted to find out about my contract as I am paying a lot of money on a monthly basis and wanted to find out what my options was. There the lady said she could upgrade me to a higher package and I could get a new phone, but my new package would only come into effect 1 November 2013. I had to get a new sim card for the new phone which i duly paid for. Saterday 12/10 my old sim card was de-activated. This is my first problem, as my old phone was a blackberry, and my new phone is not. I still wanted to use my old phone till the end of October considering the new package is only coming into effect 1 November. Well this is obviously not how it works, but I will have to keep on paying for this service (BIS) even if i cant use it. To top it off, my new phone continuously tells me "emergency calls only".

NOW I CANT FINISH MY STORY AS I DONT HAVE ENOUGH CHARACTERS LEFT AND I TRIED PAVILLION BRANCH AND THE CALL CENTRE WITH REALLY BAD SERVICE. HOW CAN I GET THE FULL COMPLAINT THROUGH???
