Not doing what I was told they were going to do!

Three months ago I wrote a complaint on hello peter about an incident I had with a MTN branch in Polokwane. The sales consultant changed my top up account to an open line without explaining to me that he has done that.

When I realized that my top up account was changed to an open line the damage was 6000.00 data usage only. I did not even phone or sms someone with that 6000.00. I got feedback on that complaint and they changed my open line back to the top up and was told that that 6000.00 would be credited to that branch in polokwane as that was their mistake and not mine. I then wrote a compliment on hello peter as I really thought that customer satisfaction is really important to MTN.

The sad part is that they did not do as I was told they were going to do and the debit order stays 6000.00 every month. Then I go and reverse the debit order and when I phone them they only say it has not been sorted out yet. MTN please help me resolve this problem it is really urgent!!!
