I changed my debit order date to the 1st of every month when I changed my banking details with MTN. I was debited the following month on the 25th again. I phoned the branch in Bethlehem to change my debit order date again the reference for the call was 102180993. Now my line has been disconnected. I phoned the customer care line and the debited my account and reconnected my services. Now I have to wait 24hours for my phone to be active again!!! Unacceptable as it was not my fault!!!
