I would like to say thank you for fixing the problem I had with my phone. My phone is fixed now and registered so here is no more warranty problems. I can see that customer satisfaction is important to you.
Please be so kind to assist me with the problem I have with my contract is there any way we can take it off the open line and put it on a top up as that is what I wanted from the beggining. I can not afford an open line and for that reason I can not use the number. Lastly I am not satisfied with my account of R6000.00 because I can not see how you can use R6000.00 in two days and as this is not what I asked for I can not see that this should be my problem.
