Phone was received with damaged space button.out of box failure. Phone needs to be exchanged with a 3rd party... upgrade was delivered to this 3rd party. Ram did not receive notification to deliver to 3rd party.service call number: S30462WWS7M. Naim and Miriam in customer care today and yesterday was very helpfull.please confirm when exchange will be done.
