Bad customer service

In November 2012, i booked Wimpy Play World for my daughters party for 22/12/12 at 11am for 21 kids and 7 adults. i clearly asked Wimpy if they will be able to accomodate the party since it was the festive season and expected to be busy.I spoke to Robyn she assured me that the high season will not affect the party since their play world is secluded from the main resturant. I live in Gauteng but made time to go there and confirm if the place is indeed secluded and could be reserved which it was.
on the day of the party, Robyn called around 08:30am to confirm the booking and that everything is set for the party. i went there an hour earlier to add my party decor and to my surprise the secluded area was full of other clients but Robyn asured me that by the time the party starts they will ensure that the Playworld doesnt have any other clients.
i went back again 30 minutes before the party and the area was still full and when i asked her of the situation she gave me BAD attitude and full of bad sarcasm and ended up packing extra tables at a corner for the party which were not even enough i told her the setup wouldnt work she didnt care i ended up not having the party.VERY ANGRY..
