Almost 3 months on, and nothing happens

Mtn uncapped light contract

As the headline says: 3 months on and no response, nothing, no call, sms, email... etc.

Now mtn are in breach of contract for sure, as they don't care to provide the service they were supposed to.
Its the worst service I have EVER EXPERIENCED bar none.
So now I'm forced to recall the debit orders as I can't carry on paying for a service I'm not getting.
First there was no signal then faulty BRAND NEW MODEMS and now again, the same thing happens... no signal and the new modem doesn't work... again... what's new?

And all they say (we sorry for the inconvenience).

Well so will I be when I recall the debit orders. They get paid when i get service!!!
