In a nutshell, I planned my sons 4th bday at his school & I hired dynamic parties clown package to entertain the kids with. All the necessary arrangements where made on both ends and the Shirlee the owner confirmed the day before the party that all was on track. The party was setup and the kids all came dressed in costumes geared to party. 15 minutes before the party could start I called Shirlee to check if they where close and then she is starts confirming details of the party I keep my cool but in the same breathe she says her phone was the previous day and she lost the details of the party and if she had to come it now it would be in an hours time. Kids where restless and so had I to wing it and the kids where so disappointed. I must say that this is definitely not the way to do business so unprofessional. If I did not call she would have to not even bothered as she was not even aware of the party. When I called the previous day why did she not inform me of the incident but instead she re-assured me all was good to go. This extremely unprofessional company who have no clue how to do business. No show with not even a apology .. appauling customer service.
