Telkom sold a deal to me for a fixed rate including a wifi router, 3G card and monthly data and and landline on the phone. Prior to installation date I requested that they give me an estimated time of technician arrival as I need to arrange with work to be out of office. When the lady told me they couldn't give me a time and to take the entire day off, I cancelled the deal.
Today, when my cleaning lady was here, they:
A. sent the technician who installed the line and router
B. did not leave a wifi password, only a no. on the box to call... where there's no answer after 2 x 30min calls of holding on from my mobile.
C.did not provide a 3g package at all, not a dongle, sim, nothing
Thus I received half a deal sold to me, without any logon credentials or support, which was CANCELLED prior to installation!
