This is SUPER BAD customer service

I was looking for the laptop back pack CNA had in ther advertising paper for R299.I went to the CNA in howard center where I was told to go to a bigger CNA store. I then procced to the CNA in blue route mall which is a big CNA store only for them to not eaven know what I was talking about untill I showed them on the paper where they once again told me they are out of stock.this
