I just permanently do not have signal or my phone is roaming and I am getting sick of it. Cell C claims through a massive marketing attempt that they have signal everywhere and cover 90% of the population and whilst that might be true, it most definitely does not seem to be true from my experience and what does it help you cover 90% of the population if you do that with very POOR signal which drops all the time, messages and voicemails come in late, DATA signal is lost most of the time and at other times the phone is Roaming for signal which DOES NOT WORK. People cannot get a hold of you since even if your phone is on and in your hand, they only get your voicemail. I work in JHB and Sasolburg, I stay in Pta. And it is awful everywhere. I changed to CellC from Vodacom to get away from this nonsense and not because of a good deal, thus I do not expect this type of poor service. Geuss I will just have to move again.
