Bad customer service

Hello. My name is Dikeledi, writing a report on behalf of Patricia Ngobeni. On the first week of March 2013, she received a call from a consultant regarding outstanding amount of R793.10 which she paid on the 15th March 2013 which she faxed on the17th March 2013 the proof of payment given a REF number:9476380005005265030.Which was the last payment to settle her debt but till today, 8ta is still deducting money from her account which is affecting her Bank account and also wasting her time to always call the Bank to reverse the money which is costly. She is angry to pay interest rates for something that she has settled the account. She has many times called the branch but nothing as been resolved.
