AGAIN our line got softblocked. The last time this happened the problem didn't get solved but a solution was given that resulted in us paying even more for what we should. I am not the account holder of this contract but I am most certain that I have just as much right to complain about it as he does. I am paying for one of the numbers, 071 361 5110, this number has Smart Standard 229 subscription on this contract there's BIS, which I have clearly requested to be removed when I have upgraded from BIS to Android. I feel that I have to be reimbursed for the two months I haven't been using BIS. I would also like to change this number to a top up option as I am currently paying a ridiculous amount of R500 for just a smart standard and I haven't even used what my package has offered me. Also check with the account holder that HIS number (different from mine) is a top up. Kindly contact me for more information on 073 953 2155. Let this problem be solved for once and for all. Next time I will skip management and hello peter. This is really poor service!
