No service at all at Northgate

I took in my broken cellphone dated the 23 January 2013, to the Northgate branch to be send away to be fixed. After phoning the Northgate branch to investigate the progress on my cellphone only to be told by one of the staff members to phone back in 3 hours as he is busy.

I then went into the branch to be told by the branch manager that my cellphone is still at the warehouse all that time. TO date I still did not received a call to update me on my phone.

As this is my business phone MTN seems not to care at all.
