The ladys name is jacky from MTN Northgate mall. I took my contract out on the 13th of November 2013 and was told i would pay a prorata on 1 december 2013 . well they just deducted the full amount today and i cant even get hold of the northgate branch as no one seems to answer the phones. The phone listed takes you to the rivonia branch which gives you 2 cell numbers to get hold of northgate branch which never go through.
Lets see if someone calls me before this day ends .otherwise am going to join the queue of ahundred people with monthly complaints again!!! What shody services this is.whats your call centre for if one cant get through???
