TRANSFERED FUNDS CELLFONE BANKING R3500 AND USED INCORRECT CELLNUMBER, I IMMEDIATELY PHONE CAPITEC, THE CALL CENTRE SAID IT WILL TAKE 7DAYS TO REVERSE THE PAYMENT. I THEN WENT TO THE NORTHGATE BRANCH SPOKE TO MELISSA THE MANAGER SHE ALSO CONFIRMED THAT IT WILL TAKE 7DAYS BUT THEY TRIED CALLING THE PERSON WHOM I INCORRECTLY DEPOSITED FUNDS TO AND DID NOT ANSWER THE FONE, AND SAID WILL HAVE RESOLUTION BY THE 23 JANUARY EVEN THOUGH THEY COULD SEE THEN MONEY WAS STILL IN THE STRANGERS ACCOUNT AND CAN ALSO VERIFY IT WAS FROM MY ACCOUNT. THE CELLPHONE NUMBERS WERE ONLY DIFFERENT WITH 1DIGIT, I LEFT AND KEPT CALLING THE PERSON WHO THEN SAID HE JUST WITHDREW THE FUNDS R1500, I THEN WENT BACK TO THE NORTHGATE BRANCH AND SPOKE TO LEBO & MELISA DID NOT WANT TO SPEAK TO ME. EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I GOT HOLD OF THE GUY IF THEY CAN PLEASE SPEAK TO HIM AND THEY REFUSED AND SAID ITS NOT COMPANY POLICY. I DECIDED TO MEET UP WITH THIS GUY AND MADE AN ARRANGEMENT FOR HIM TO PAY BACK THE R1500 AND HE ADVISED CAPITEC YEOVILLE TO RETURN THE R2000. IF THE NORTHGATE MANAGER MELISA HAD FROZEN THE ACCOUNT AT THE TIME THE MONEY WAS STILL IN THE BANK. I WANT MY R1500 BECOUSE SHE NEGLECLECTED TO HELP
