MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

Thabiso is the branch manager. MTN northgate just never answers their phone. Thabiso never answers his cellphone. It took Thabiso almost 2 weeks to get a contract approved! he never answers/responds to emails. He should not be employed, as he cannot do his job, let alone a branch manager. We requested 1 gig data package to be added to my husband's contract. it is now 7 days. yesterday we phoned MTN headoffice and they confirmed that he have not yet requested the 1 gig data package. in 7 days he could not forward an email. again tried to phone him from 2 different numbers to 2 different numbers and sent an sms and another email. he has still not responded.
