I have been a Vodacom customer for over 10 years, my very first phone was a Vodacom contract which i am happy to say i still have. i called through to the 0821950 number to order a Wi-Fi router and was fortunate to be assisted by a lady named Nonhlanhla. Pity i didn't get her surname. She was super awesome and amazing so helpful and if she was uncertain she said please hold so i can find out. It wasn't simply i don't know. What a gem she is. I had called in last week and was a bit annoyed by the guy who helped me cause he told me why don't i just go to a store if i don't know what i want. But dealing with Nonhlanhla made that so irrelevant. take good care of her Vodacom she is a star..
