I should start this by saying i have phoned customer care already and 1 of the 2 individuals who helped me were polite and helpful, but my issue is that i am a prepaid user and am using a Nokia Lumia 710 which as u can imagine needs alot of data to use, but the issues is that Vodacom has been ignoring my data bundles and charging me off my normal airtime, the customer care girl was rude and kept calling me Douglas.. My name is Bruce just to be clear, only the data department was helpful and said they noticed the issue and will rectify it, the only problem is as i wait for this problem to be fixed i am still being billed off my airtime for data... this problem has been going on for months and knows how much airtime i have wasted while my data bundle has been ignored
