Our 10 mb, 40Gb ADSL doesnt work at night, and disconnects often during the day. Been going on for months now, have phoned like 30 times, logged numerous faults, but nothing has changed. This is unacceptable that I pay for services that work 20% of the time! We had telkom technicians here, but they came at times when internet was working even after I explicitly said it doesnt work after 6.30 . This is the second time I type this, since internet disconnected when I first wanted to submit. RIDICULOUS.
