Vodacom wants CLIENTS to go the extra mile. WOW!

So at the end you just say that I have to go to Joburg and give you my phone, where you will test it and then DECIDE if I will have to pay for an confirmed UNDER WARRANTY BATTERY for my Samsung S4.Just keep in mind now that
1- I live in Secunda (Fuel will cost about R200)
2- a new battery - that you keep on telling me would be better to buy - is R500,
3- YOU told me TWICE that its a common issue with this phone
4- it is CLEAR that the issue is the battery, since it is swelling up like a balloon and getting worse by the DAY. No regard to my personal safety or anything, just saying.
You as a company wants its CLIENTS to go the extra mile, literally, while you just sit back and relax. And should you want, you can bill me for the repairs, after 12-17 days where I have to probably DRIVE back to pay and pick up my phone. If I do not go the extra mile, I have to wait 4-6 weeks, MAYBE get my phone back, pay the bill while the snobby attitude lady at Secunda Vodacom shop laughs at me AGAIN (Because I'M so amusing when I request a new battery as instructed by Vodacom). So Don't get up Vodacom, my SERVICE PROVIDER. Sorry to disturb your warranty dodging. I'll do what you cant
