Nothing done regards claim from 02/02/2014

Insurance towed vehicle on Sunday the 02/02/2014 in the morning and as per their Service Charter my claim was suppossed to have been registred and attented to within 48 hours. eversince Monday 03/02/2014 i have been calling them numerous times and my vehicle has still not been assessed. i spoke to so many consultants namely Zama Zulu, Portia and many others who all told me a lady called Shirizan Gina will call me back. they gave me a number for her 0117104469 which either does not work or is put on the side all day as i cannot get through to her. They assured me she would call me back and to date no one has called me. I spoke to lee ann stewart the manager who advised she will attend to the matter and this morning when i called to find out the progress i was told by Zama Zulu that the car is not at their assesment centre. only after i gave her the name that the tow truck driver gave me she called proline to confirm if the vehicle is there. Now they say the assesment will only be done on Monday which is an entire week after they were notified of this claim. This is highly unacceptable and the worst service i have ever received. Disgusting that an insurance company do this.
