Call centre keeps dropping my calls

My LTE is not connecting anymore. I have to switch the router to WCDMA to be able to connect to the internet.

BUT my complaint is about the call centre that just disconnects my calls. I was already busy speaking to someone who said I should just hang on a while and the call was disconnected.

And I called 081 180 from my Telkom landline.
