On Thursday 13/6, after a device switch, I realised that I forgot my [Email Removed] e-mail address's password.
I phoned the call centre and was lucky enough to speak to a very nice young lady (Shirley).
She assisted me in changing my PIN and also resetted my password for me.
This entire process kept her on the phone with me for over an hour, and not once did she get upset or sounded uninterested in my problem. She even phoned me back on a different number when some details were required off my device.
Shirley is definately an asset to any company, and is the bestest thing that happened to 8TA since sliced bread. Well done.
