I have moved out of my previous address more than a month ago.
I have tried to contact Telkom to cancel and move the service to my new address.
I have used e-mail and the phone.
I have not been answered.
When phoning I have been waiting for up to 1and a half hours
I have phoned 23 times and no one answers...
I will not be held accountable for the old addresses bills!!!
