Incorrect billing, call centre, network problems

Esmeralda Havenga couldn't even get hold of the call centre of MTN, last night she couldn't use the phone, couldn't make calls, send sms's, or use the internet, could do nothing whatsoever. There was data left on her account, about 900mb. And today when she called the call centre, the persons she spoke couldn't help her properly. They got her no where with her problems. And now today she was also billed a BIS bundle which she didn't ask for and doesn't even have a blackberry any more, but have a Sony Xperia V. Last night she couldn't even call 112!
